Zan and Jayna's father is the parent of Zan and Jayna, the Wonder Twins.
Biography[]
Little is known about his life. At some point, he had twin children named Zan and Jayna. He would tell them to always stay together because they are stronger as a team.[1] However, his behavior towards his children changed after the kids high-fived and he saw their powers manifest (Zan turned into a pile of ice cubes, while Jayna turned into an anteater). Seeing this, he threw them out of the house and abandoned them.[2]

- The character's name was never established. In the Super Friends comic, the father of Zan and Jayna was named Fonab. However, that version of the Wonder Twins are aliens from the planet Exxor, while the Smallville version of Zan and Jayna are metahumans from Earth.[2]
- In Idol, Zan makes a passing reference to him and Jayna having tried to pass themselves off as "transfer students from Sweden".[1] In the Super Friends comic, the alien Wonder Twins pretended to be transfer students from Sweden in order to assimilate into a normal life among humans. However, Titans establishes Zan and Jayna as being from Earth.[2] The country in the flashback is not identified. However, there is no conceivable reason why two American kids would pretend to be exchange students from another country, making it likely that the country in the flashback is in fact Sweden (and that Zan and Jayna tried to use "exchange students" as a cover to explain away their presence in a foreign country). This makes their father a likely citizen and resident of Sweden.
