Dr. Yaeger Scanlan is a doctor at the Metropolis General Hospital,[1] formerly Smallville Medical Center.

- In Vortex, he performed the surgery on Lionel Luthor's optic nerve.
Season Three[]
- In Resurrection, he treated Vince Davis for liver disease. Garrett Davis calls him "Dr. Yaeger" in this episode.
Season Four[]
- In Scare, he unsuccessfully attempted to cure hundreds of Smallville residents of a LuthorCorp experiment that was released into the atmosphere.
Season Five[]
- In Lexmas, he managed Lex Luthor's care after he was shot. He calls himself "Dr. Scanlan" and is addressed by Lionel by this name as well.
Season Eleven[]
- In Guardian, he examined Lex Luthor, after Lex began to see visions of Tess Mercer.
