Will worked as a janitor at LuthorCorp Plaza.
Season One[]
On a rainy night, Will was cleaning at LuthorCorp Plaza, when Earl Jenkins came to the door. Earl demanded to see Lionel Luthor, but Will would not let him in. Earl got a case of the jitters and trembled so badly that he shattered the glass door and fell to the floor. Will ran up and helped him to his feet. Will wanted to take Earl to the doctor, but Earl got another case of the jitters while he was still holding Will. When it passed, Will was dead. Having had his arms around him, Earl accidentally broke Will's neck.
