Vlatava was among the locations, across the planet, where Lex Luthor set up a 33.1 facility, after finding evidence of metahumans living in the country. The 33,1 facility was destroyed by Green Arrow's team.[2][3]

In the Comics[]
Eastern European country Vlatava is the native land of supervillain Count Werner Vertigo. It first appeared in World's Finest #251 (July, 1978). A map in Suicide Squad #40 (April, 1990) depicts Vlatava as being landlocked to the west and having a sea to the east. However, a later comic depicts Vlatava (a small country) as sharing a border with Hungary.[4]
