"Crazy" Vinnie Rockets is a member of Intergang.

During an Intergang robbery in Metropolis, Crazy Vinnie attempted to take out Green Arrow with a rocket launcher. However, the projectile was intercepted by Superman. Crazy Vinnie and the others involved in the robbery were handed over to the Metropolis Police Department.
