The VRA Op Officer is a Department of Domestic Security operative in the Department's paramilitary Vigilante Registration Agency division.

Under orders from Lieutenant Trotter, he and his men were to transport Chloe Sullivan to another VRA facility. However, as they headed out, they were quickly taken out by the combined forces of the Justice League and the Suicide Squad, who trapped the VRA operatives in a virtual reality.
