Trevor was a football player for the Smallville Crows and student at Smallville High School in 2002.

After Whitney Fordman enlisted in the Marines, Trevor and a few others were standing in a hallway at Smallville High School and asked Whitney about his decision to join up. Trevor later attended the Spring Formal with his apparent girlfriend, Jacquie Gould.

- Trevor's name is established by his letterman jacket in his first scene. It is unknown if he is the same Trevor (Trevor Chapell), a Smallville Crows player, who appeared in earlier episode Hothead.
