The Thug is a man living in Metropolis.
Season Ten[]
He attacked a woman one night, but was stopped by Oliver Queen. He attempted to flee from Oliver, but Oliver ran after and was able to catch up to him. However, by that time they had moved to a crowded street, where the citizens mistook the Thug for an innocent person (attacked by a crazy vigilante). The Thug managed to escape, while Oliver found himself under attack from the general public.
