Thom Kallor is a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes from the 31st century under the name Star Boy.

Like other members of the Legion of Super-Heroes, Star Boy responded to Brainiac 5 activating Legion Protocol Six. Together with the other Legionnaires, Star Boy helped to save Superman from getting trapped in the star that New Krypton orbits.

Thom Kallor/Star Boy as he appears in the comics
Thom Kallor/Star Boy first appeared in Adventure Comics #282. (1961). He is from the planet Xanthu, and was born with an ability to increase the mass of an object. He joined the Legion of Super-Heroes, but was briefly expelled for killing in self-defense. An older version of Kallor ends up in the 21st Century, where he assumes the identity the moniker "Starman", and joins the Justice Society of America.
