Teri Van Horn was the mother of Maddie Van Horn.
Biography[]
Teri Van Horn was the college girlfriend of Tyler McKnight. Together they had a daughter, Maddie, but Teri did not let Tyler see the child. Tyler responded by killing Teri, with Maddie (who had inherited her father's metahuman power) believing herself responsible for her mother's death.
