What does the article mean by, "Wes was the only one that General Sam ever respected." --Kanamekun 19:51, 17 December 2007 (UTC)
- In Prototype, they wonder what Wes' military record was like, and Lois says Wes was the perfect soldier, even the General respected him. It's probably the last time the char was mentioned, so that's why someone added it. Marikology 05:38, 18 December 2007 (UTC)
know that it's hollywood, but it is highly unlikely that a Lieutenant General would only respect ONE soldier in his entire career. That just doesn't happen. And what is with the 1st Group flash on the general's beret. SF has a seperate flash for non group affiliated personnel. It's probably because they film in BC and 1st Group is at FT Lewis near Tacoma.
Anyway, this is a terrific character and Mr. Ironsides does him well.

Has the show established how Chloe and Lois are related?
I know they're cousins, but I thought it was up in the air as to who the siblings were:
- Gabe Sullivan and Sam Lane
- Gabe Sullivan and Mrs. Lane
- Sam Lane and Moira Sullivan
- Mrs. Lane and Moira Sullivan
I'm guessing it's not Gabe and Sam that are brothers, since they'd probably share the same last name if they were. But I wasn't sure if it had ever been established which relatives connect Chloe and Lois as cousins. Anyone have details on this one? --Kanamekun 19:50, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
- They haven't established it in the show, just saying they're "cousins." I've thought about this before and I think that since Lois has no idea about Moira's mental or krptonite illness, she is probably not directly related, meaning that it's most likely Gabe is one of Lois' parents' siblings. (He could even be Sam Lane's brother: it's not set in stone that they'd have the same last name.) But then you have to take into consideration that Chloe and Lois might not even be first cousins. I think when you get into "cousins" and family, there are just too many possiblities to draw any conclusions. (Here in the south, anybody you're related to but are not exactly sure how is a "cousin"!)

Lois and Clark Picture[]
The picture of Sam Lane in Lois and Clark is actually of Denis Andt, who played him in the first episode he appeared in. It wasn't until later that Harve Presnell took over the role.
