This is totally inaccurate and this page should be deleted since his name was never given, his powers were not going through walls and Lex did not try to kill Chloe, but capture him. Extra Powers[]
Lowell had more than super strength. When Moira sent him to kill Lex, he went to the Luthor Mansion and came across Lana. She ran away from him, but he put out his hand and a sort of tornado came out of it and knocked Lana down (and unconscious). Does anyone know what this power was?
