  • Jor-El tells Clark that because he was forced to bring him back to life, the lifeforce which restored him must be taken from someone he loved (a.k.a. Jonathan Kent). However, in the episode Void Clark briefly died and no one close to him has died.
Yes, but the "life-force" in this ep was for giving back his powers so his body could heal from death. In Void, he already has his healing powers, and recovers naturally. --Noclevername 02:29, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

Why was this episode titled "Hidden"?[]

I can't think of a reason... and the word "hidden" doesn't appear in the episode transcript [1]. Any ideas or insight? Thanks! --Kanamekun 14:39, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

My first thought was that the activated silo was hidden. There were tons of abandoned silo sites, but nobody knew which one was going to destroy Smallville. Clark even asks, "I don't know how they are going to check fifteen silos in forty minutes." --Stressed dessert 22:03, 11 February 2008 (UTC)
It could be because Clark got his powers back and had to go back to "hiding" his real identity. He tells Chloe he doesn't intend to tell Lana his secret and will go back to the lies. Marikology 23:29, 11 February 2008 (UTC)

Making Waves[]

What's with the "sonic waves" business under Notes? TV always takes liberties with sounds in space, because silent films are rather boring. See any episode of any sci-fi series for examples. --Noclevername 22:04, 5 April 2008 (UTC)

Yah that's true, but I think it's noteworthy? If you want, you could add an extra note that sci-fi often takes liberties with sounds in space... might be a good counterpoint. --Kanamekun 22:23, 5 April 2008 (UTC)
