Just looking at the chisel and it's deformation even if it was hit Clark who was as solid as steel, then the force to bend it like that would have to mean that Lex has superhuman strength as well. I do not think any normal person could deform it so badly by striking at solid block of steel with all the force they can muster... Not to mention the angle Lex used to hit it. Other way to make it into story and cause Lana suspicious would have just left he chisel as it is, maybe just a bit chipped at the tip. Main suspicion should have been that there was no blood on it.

Now this is really funny... Why is there a page devoted to a chisel on the Smallville wiki?! I mean, it's so miniscule it shouldn't count.. If this is really acceptable than why don't we have pages about wrenches and hammers? haha -- ImperiexSeed, 7:18 PM, October 13th 2011

The chisel was in three episodes, and became a major plot point in Trespass and Nemesis as well. --Kanamekun 23:41, October 13, 2011 (UTC)

How disformed it was
