This season Lionel has the most occasions with the shortest screen time. Continuing the recent trend to axe the characters with the least screen time, Lionel was written out of the show towards the end of the season. However, contrary to the trend, Kara was also written out of the show, despite having higher screen times than Lionel, Jimmy, Lana and Lois.
This is the first season where Lois has a higher single-episode screen time than any other character.
Lex's screen time in Fracture, Veritas and Descent includes the screen time of his 'inner child', Alexander, as they are essentially the same person. Throughout these three episodes, Alexander's screen time is 14m, 28s.
Kara's screen time in Apocalypse and Arctic do not include the time that Brainiac was impersonating her, which was 2m, 5s in Apocalypse and 8m, 34s in Arctic.
This season is Lois, Lex and Clark's least screen time ever.
Gemini marks Clark's least screen time ever, although Tom Welling was playing Bizarro instead.
This is the first and only season for Lois' screen time to be less than 100 minutes.
Jimmy is the only cast member to have an increase in screen time this season. However, that is largely due to his promotion from guest star. All other cast members' screen time decreases this season. This is partly due to having 2 less episodes than normal. However, screen time has decreased by an average of 44 minutes per character.
This season is Lana's least screen time as a main cast member.
This is the first season that Chloe's screen time exceeds Lana's. Chloe is also only 25 seconds under Lex's screen time.
Although Clark has the most screentime on Siren the recurring character Oliver Queen exceeds Clark's time by 1m, 30s.
Bizarro had the most amount of screentime in Persona.
