Sean was a Smallville High School student, who was in the same graduating class as Clark Kent. He also played for the Smallville Crows.

Sean attended the homecoming event, at Smallville High, in 2010 (a five year reunion for the class of 2005).

- In the Season Ten episode Homecoming, there are name tags for various Smallville High alumni at Suzanne Capra's table. One of them is for an alumn named "Sean", with the last name obscured by another name tag. It is unknown if this is the same Sean as the Smallville Crows player or a different Sean.
