Sally "Pep Rally" Dickinson was a student who graduated from Smallville High School in 2005, and was a classmate of Clark Kent.

In 2010, Lois Lane and Clark Kent attended the five year reunion for the class of 2005. Lois spotted Sally, and noted that she had put on a few since then.

- Sally technically appears in the episode Homecoming, as Lois spots her outside of Smallville High School. However, as the camera's aimed on Erica Durance, when Lois mentions Sally, no actress was identified as Sally Dickinson.
- Lois refers to Sally Dickinson as "Sally 'Pep Rally' Dickinson", indicating that Sally had been on the school's cheerleading squad.
