- Rose Long appears with name and picture in a Smallville High year book in the Season Three episode Obsession. It is unknown if the girl in the picture ever appeared on the show. In the case of Jacquie Gould in the Season Four episode Ageless, they used the picture of a background actress (Simone Bailly), who had been in the background of several episodes, to represent Jacquie Gould. Making it possible that the people appearing in the yearbook are past background actors/extras.
- It is unknown if Rose Long is related to Ross Long, another classmate of Clark Kent, who is referenced in the Season Three episode Extinction and the Season Ten episode Homecoming.
