Rickman Industries was a multi conglomerate of working in different types of industries, a wide ranging from agricultural to plethora of other sectors, through the gamesmanship of the beneficiary Robert Rickman.
Background[]
The precedent to Rickman Industries was the salesmanship where Bob and his friend, Kyle Tippet, would try to sell items into the market, but to no valuation.
The green kryptonite infection gave Bob and Kyle the power of persuasion, through a handshake. As a result, Rickman Industries took over. They outperformed other businesses out of the competition, due to their abilities. Kyle left for the woods, his conscience eating away at him.
Bob coerces a business man Paul for the rights of Metropolis's properties. Bob sets his sights on Smallville. He wanted to buy up many portions of the town, and the hoodwinks Jonathan into selling the Kent Farm. He uses Whitney's own anomosity towards Kyle against him, beguiling him to go after Kyle, but Clark intervenes and prevents him from killing Kyle. For round two, he sends a police officer to finish them job, however, Clark saves him again. When all else fails, he weakens Lex's defenses and sends him after Kyle. Clark comes to Kyle's rescue, and Lex forgets what he saw under the effects of the persuasion. Lex's specialist lawyers are able to invalidate the binding contract, returning ownership of the Kent Farm to Jonathan.
Without a CEO to exert authority, it's more likely than not that Rickman Industries as a company dissolved.
Notes[]
- It's unknown how many wealth and riches Bob accumulated through Rickman Industries, however, it's likely it made him at bare minimum millionaire, seeing as he could make any client do whatever he wanted with his persuasion power.
