The Police Constable is a member of the Metropolitan Police in London, England.

Together with Nigel, another Police Constable, he gave Zatanna Zatara and John Constantine a ride to Constantine's place in London. When Zatanna stepped out of their car, the two Police Constables high fived each other and checked her out. A moment later, he noticed that Nigel's face was full of zits.
