The Police Constable was a member of the Metropolitan Police in London, England.
Season Eleven[]
Together with Nigel, another Police Constable, he was transporting Acolyte Fifth to a police station, after Acolyte Fifth had attacked and attempted to kill Zatanna Zatara. During the transport, their vehicle was stopped by other members of the Church of Blood, who killed the two Police Constables with magic, and liberated Acolyte Fifth.
