Pete O'Grady is a parking enforcement officer in Smallville.
Season Two[]
O'Grady gave Lex Luthor a parking ticket outside the Talon. His attitude convinced Lex that he was out to get him, because he is rich, and Lex was provoked. Lex grabbed a golf club, which he used to smash O'Grady's car, while telling him that he employs 25,000 people in this town, who pays taxes, which goes to paying O'Grady's salary. When Lex was done, he told O'Grady to get a real job.

- Pete O'Grady was the first of three characters that David Richmond-Peck portrayed on Smallville. He later portrayed March Sosnick in the Season Five episode Fanatic, and Reed in the Season Seven episode Action.
