Patient Three was presumably one of several Metahumans in an unidentified South American country who were captured by LuthorCorp, then taken to a 33.1 facility on the island of Corto Maltese to be experimented on. The experiments were stopped by Green Arrow's team, who stormed the facility, got Patient Three (along with patients One and Two) out, and blew up the Corto Maltese facility. It is unknown where Green Arrow's team took Patient Two and the others.
