Patient One was presumably one of several Metahumans in an unidentified South American country who were captured by LuthorCorp, then taken to a 33.1 facility on the island of Corto Maltese to be experimented on. Dr. Donovan Jamison oversaw the experiments on Patient One, and noted that he was responding nicely to a blood transfusion. The experiments were stopped by Green Arrow's team, who stormed the facility, got Patient One (along with patients Two and Three) out, and blew up the Corto Maltese facility. It is unknown where Green Arrow's team took Patient One and the others.
