Mozart Jackson was an apparent criminal living in Metropolis.
Season One[]
Dirty cop Sam Phelan roughed Mozart Jackson up one night, demanding that Jackson break into internal affairs and obtain his file (insisting that Jackson would be in jail, if not for him). Phelan later killed Jackson, and dumped the body in the Kent barn, in order to frame Jonathan Kent for murder.
