Future[]
In a 2017 interview with the Daily Planet, Alan Scott mentioned his wife, Molly, and the rest of his family.[1]
Notes[]
- In the comics, Molly is the stepmother of Jennie-Lynn Hayden and Todd Rice. It is unknown if she is their stepmother or biological mother in the universe of Smallville.
- Molly's existence is established by the Daily Planet Commemorative issue (included in the Smallville: The Complete Series DVD box set). Her last name is never established.
In the Comics[]
Molly Mayne first appeared in All-American Comics #89 (September, 1947). Wanting to attract the attention of the Green Lantern, she created the supervillain persona "Harlequin", and began committing crimes (usually harmless ones). She later reformed, and was given amnesty by the United States government (in return for her becoming a federal agent). Years later, Molly re-entered the life of Alan Scott, and they were married.
