- Zero (written by Mark Verheiden) - Roy Rothman has come to Smallville to terrorize Lex Luthor and get vengeance for his sister, whose fiancé died at Club Zero three years ago. Meanwhile, Chloe Sullivan researches Clark's adoption and Lana Lang prepares for the opening of the Talon.
- Drone (written by Philip Levens and Michael Green) - Sasha Woodman is eliminating her competition in the race for class president by commanding a swarm of bees to attack them. Clark Kent is running against her with Pete Ross as his manager. Chloe Sullivan endorses the other guy. Meanwhile, Lana Lang finds an underhanded way to save the Talon from bankruptcy, and Lex Luthor puts a second reporter in his pocket.
Season Three[]
- Extinction (written by Todd Slavkin & Darren Swimmer) - Clark discovers someone is hunting people affected by the kryptonite rocks and the killer's next target is Lex. Clark uses his powers to save Lex, but is caught off guard when the killer learns his weakness and shoots him with a kryptonite bullet.
