Superhero Impulse (Bart Allen) went down to Mexico and took out one of LuthorCorp's 33.1 facilities (set up by Lex Luthor, for the purpose of experimenting on Mexico's metahuman population). Bart later went back to Mexico, and grabbed a burrito with Clark Kent.[3]

Impulse saved a child in Tijuana from walking into traffic.[4]
Season Eight[]
Lois Lane, reporter for the Daily Planet, was sent on an assignment to Mexico City.[5]
Season Nine[]
When Oliver Queen was struggling with depression, following the death of Henry James Olsen, he went down to Mexico and got drunk.[1]
Season Eleven[]
In 2011, a Speed Storm broke out in Mexico, connected to Bart Allen having been there years earlier.[6]
Notes[]
- The presence of a 33.1 facility in Mexico is evidence that there are metahumans in the country.[3] However, their identities and how many metahumans there are in Mexico is unknown.
- In Season Five, Andrea Rojas was a Metropolis-based vigilante known as the "Angel of Vengeance". However, after the events of the episode Vengeance (and the spin-off mini series Vengeance Chronicles), which ends with her seemingly fleeing Metropolis (after killing Snake, and (as established in the Vengeance Chronicles) having Lex Luthor's Level 33.1 after her), the Angel of Vengeance never appears or is mentioned in Metropolis for the remainder of the series. It is unknown if Andrea took refuge in Mexico (her base of operations in the comics).
In the Comics[]
Mexico is the home of superheroine Acrata (Andrea Rojas). She is a member of superhero team Justicia, which includes fellow Mexican superheroes El Dorado, El Muerto, and Iman.
