Mark Gibbon is a Canadian actor who played several roles on Smallville. He played the SWAT Commander in the Season One episode Jitters, the same season he played Mr. Raines in the episode Zero. He played an Orderly in the Season Two episode Ryan, and a Bodyguard in the Season Nine episode Charade.
