Marina Fox is a publicist working for Gordon Godfrey.

Gordon Godfrey (then possessed by Darkseid) hired Marina as his publicist. He wanted her to make sure that he would be on every television network, computer and newspaper in the world. When Godfrey was caught at a fetisch club, Marina denied that Godfrey was attending the club (insisting that he was only picking up a friend, and had no idea of what was going on in that place).
