His background is unknown. At some point, he came onto LuthorCorp's radar for being a metahuman and taken to a 33.1 facility. They took DNA from him and incorporated his powers into an Ares prototype. It is unknown what happened to him after this, or after 33.1 got shut down.

- The character's name was never established.
- Being black, he is presumed to be Afrian-American. Though, the Justice establishes that 33.1 facilities are being set up across the globe (anywhere there is evidence of people with powers), and the episode Combat establishes one of the locations as being the island of Saint Martin in the Caribbean. It is never established if there were any 33.1 facilities in Africa, though it is likely that it was (as multiple facilities were established on every other continent).
- The character's powers was never established. It is also unknown how he acquired her powers, if he was meteor infected, or got his powers through other means. Out of the four named genetic templates for the third Ares prototype, two (the Twins) are meteor infected, one (Titan) was an alien, and one (Bart Allen) was a speedster. Making the people serving as genetic templates a mix of Meteor Freaks and other types of super-powered beings.
- It is unknown if his powers were also incorporated into Wes Keenan, another Project Ares prototype.
