He was flying Lex and Helen Luthor onboard a LuthorCorp Jet. During the flight, Helen pulled out a gun, which she and Lex began fighting over. Helen ended up shooting the pilot through the chest. Lex was forced to take over the controls, while Helen jumped from the plane. It is unknown if the pilot survived.[1]
