Luke is a patient at Belle Reve.
Season Three[]
When Clark Kent was visiting Lex Luthor (then a patient at Belle Reve), Lex became aggressive and demanded that he break him out of there. Orderlies restrained Lex, but his behavior sent the other patients presents (including Luke) into a frenzy. Luke grabbed Clark, asking him to save him, but was pulled off him seconds later by the guards.

- It is unknown if Luke is part of the metahuman patients at Belle Reve, or just one of the regular mental patients. In the Season Six episode Static, Elias Toufexis portrayed Bronson, a metahuman and former Belle Reve patient. However, Bronson is said to have acquired his powers during the 2005 Meteor Shower, and only been committed to Belle Reve after that.
