As the then Editor-in-Chief of the Daily Planet's International bureau, Perry White resided in London when Lois Lane called him up and asked Perry to get her out of a jam (after Lois had given a flight attendant a black eye).[2]
Zatanna Zatara was performing in London, when she was attacked by a member of the Church of Blood. After the attack, Zatanna joined forces with London-based Exorcist John Constantine, to take down the Church of Blood.[3]

- Rachel Roth - lived in London until she was almost killed by the Church of Blood. She then moved to San Francisco and joined the Teen Titans.[3]
- Jack the Ripper - lived in London in the 1880s, when he committed his murders in Whitechapel.[5]
