Lois Queen (née Lane) was Lois Lane's doppelganger from Earth-2 and the wife of billionaire Oliver Queen.
Season Ten[]
Lois Lane of Earth-2
Lois and Oliver are engaged in this reality.
Clark Kent was walking outside LuthorCorp Media, when he encountered Lois, who hit him with her car. She got out of the car and was worried that Clark would fire her for this. Oliver stepped in and Kent discovered that they were engaged, as well as told Oliver he was lucky to have her. Later at her engagement party with Oliver she told him that she loved him because he was the best man she knew and when they were ready to kiss, Kent kidnapped Lois only to trade her for the mirror box that he thought Oliver had.

Kent took this opportunity to try and convince Lois that he wasn’t Luthor by telling her things about her personality that he's attracted to by his Lois as well as how his Lois was the only one that can see right through him and straight into his heart. Lois realized he's telling the truth and for a moment she experienced a profound connection with him unlike any other she had ever known only for him to disappear out of her life.

Ultraman murders Oliver in public in front of his wife.
In Metropolis Oliver has called a press conference to reveal that Ultraman is really Clark Luthor. Lois appears woried about her husband's decision but Oliver placates her. Chloe who is waiting with a sniper rifle and a Kryptonite bullet with which to shoot Ultraman says to Oliver to protect Lois so she wouldn't hurt her by mistake. When Ultraman appears he mentions Chloe as a "harlet" and an offended Lois tells him that her cousin's relationship with Oliver was a mistake and none of his business. Then Ultraman grabs Oliver and breaks his neck, killing him instantly, leaving Lois devastated.

Lois Queen encounters Clark Kent at Oliver's funeral
Lois once again encountered Clark Kent when he was sent to Earth-2 by Clark Luthor. She was seen attending the funeral of her husband, Oliver, who Luthor had murdered after he had revealed Clark's identity as Ultraman and weakness to Kryptonite to the planet. Lois believe that this Clark was the man that murdered Oliver, so she pulled out a piece of kryptonite and threatened to kill him with it until Kent convinced her of his true identity by reminding her of the conversation they previously had on the LuthorCorp Media rooftop. Upon realizing who she was with, Lois immediately recontains the kryptonite and warns Kent that people are on the look out for him and are carrying kryptonite weapons and suggest he find a way out back to his universe as soon as possible.
Season Eleven[]
Lois dies with Chloe witnessing her death.
At a later time it is revealed that Lois died after being killed by a cosmic entity during an attack on Earth-2, but not before sending her cousin Chloe Sullivan to Earth-1 to warn Clark Kent of the coming "Crisis."

The Lois Lane of Earth-3, the Earth traditionally associated with Ultraman, was married to Alexander "Lex" Luthor Sr., who was that reality's only super hero. She was renamed as Lois Luthor and was also the mother of Lex's son, Alexander "Alex" Luthor Jr. In Crisis on Infinite Earths, Alexander and Lois sent their son to another universe when their universe was destroyed.

The evil version of Wonder Woman from Antimatter Earth (in some incarnations from Earth-3), Superwoman took the alias of Lois Lane. She had risen through the ranks to become the chief editor of the Daily Planet in what she called "Patriarch's World". She was the wife of Ultraman/Lieutenant Clark Kent and a member of Crime Syndicate of Amerika. Superwoman was an open dominatrix and controlled many men in her harem, especially Jimmy Olsen, who was aware of her secret identity and did what she told him in exchange for the favor of watching when she changed her outfit and receiving pieces of it for his "disguise kit". Jimmy was so besotted he ignored her gibes and insults, even when she tauntingly referred to him as, "Superwoman's Snitch, Jimmy Olsen," and printed it in the Planet. At the Planet, Superwoman was shown to upset her colleagues as Cat Grant referred to her as "Queen Bitch", as well as negatively alluded to her "friendship" with Jimmy Olsen. She also had an open sexual relationship with her teammate Owlman/Thomas Wayne, Jr. (Batman's evil counterpart) with whom she snucked trysts whenever they felt Ultraman was not watching. Her husband, who hates Superwoman's frigidity towards him, was aware of the relationship, and couldn't act as Owlman had undisclosed photographic blackmail material in his possession, but still got angered by the fact that his wife was cheating on him and didn't hesitate to fire warning bursts of heat vision towards them whenever he caught them together.

In the New 52, Superwoman (alternate version of Wonder Woman from Earth 3), member of the Crime Syndicate, uses as her civilian identity the name Lois Lane. She is described as a manipulative and seductive woman, with both great will and strength. She has a dysfunctional marriage with Clark Kent/Ultraman and has a secret affair with Owlman, who, as she says, got her pregnant. Jim Olsen (from Earth 3) also used to take pictures of her in exchange for favors. Superwoman says to Owlman, she is afraid that Ultraman will eventually find out that her unborn child is not his. Superwoman later reveals her pregnancy to her husband, stating that he is the father, and says that he should not trust Owlman because he is going to betray them both and that Ultraman should stay strong for their child.
While Grid looks over the biographies of the other Syndicate members, he finds that while data on the other members are there, Superwoman's were deleted, leaving her true past and identity still a total mystery.
During the final confrontation between the Crime Syndicate and the Injustice League, Superwoman is nowhere to be seen and the Syndicate's hooded prisoner is freed, being revealed to be Alexander Luthor a.k.a. Mazahs (from Earth 3). Superwoman later appears along with Alexander, revealing that she has been working with him all along, having manipulated the Syndicate into bringing Alexander to Prime Earth as he is her lover and the real father of her unborn child. When Ultraman asks her why she betrayed them, Lois says that Alex is stronger than him and her child must be protected at all costs. Then Superwoman and Alexander attack Deathstorm, with Lois subduing him with her lasso, while Alexander kills him by making him explode and taking his powers. After that, Lois says to Alexander that an Amazonian prophecy predicts that a new age of darkness will be brought by her first born, and she along with Alexander will make this Earth into such a perfect world for their child. Suddenly they are attacked by Black Adam and Sinestro, who strikes Alexander with a lightning rod. Superwoman attempts to kill Black Adam but he shouts the word "SHAZAM" and a lightning bolt strikes Alexander, as the rod has drawn it to him instead of Adam, and also taking Superwoman out.
After the battle, Superwoman is imprisoned and Wonder Woman questions her but she refuses to answer any of her questions, telling her that Diana's lasso of truth won't work on her. She then smiles and Wonder Woman asks her what is she smiling about, so Superwoman says the baby just kicked.

- An alternate version of Lois Lane, living in a universe, where Superman and the League ruled the Earth with fascism appeared in the animated TV series Justice League voiced by Dana Delany. There Lois was still in a tense relationship with Superman, but she was very much angered by the way he and the Justice Lords (alternate version of Justice League) were running the Earth and due to their order, she was no longer allowed to speak her mind as a Daily Planet reporter and was even kept under "temporary" house arrest by the police, under Superman's orders.
- Given the marriage Lois and Oliver, and his subsequent death, there is a very good chance that she inherited Oliver's estate, making her incredibly wealthy.
