The Limo Driver was a man employed by Geoffrey.
Season Six[]
He was standing by the car, smoking, while Geoffrey and talking to Oliver Queen and Lois Lane. When Geoffrey approached the car, he tossed away his cigarette, not noticing that the vehicle was leaking gasoline. Duncan Allenmeyer used his powers to move the cigarette into the leaking gasoline. The car exploded, with the Driver and Geoffrey inside, killing them both.
