Lily Luthor was the daughter of Lex Luthor and Lana Luthor (née Lang) in an alternative future.
Season Five[]
On Christmas 2005, Lex Luthor was shot in a robbery. The spirit of Lillian Luthor came to Lex, and showed him a possible future, that would happen if Lex changed his ways. He woke up seven years later, where he was married to Lana Lang, had a son named Alex, and another baby on the way. Lily was born on Christmas 2012, but her mother soon died from complications relating to the birth. As Lex had turned his back on his father, he lacked the resources to prevent Lana's death. In the end, Lex chose not to live this life, but continued his journey into darkness.
Season Six[]
In 2006, it looked like Lily (or her brother) might still end up existing, when Lana Lang discovered that she was pregnant with Lex's child. However, the pregnancy was later revealed to have been faked by Lex (as part of a scheme, to make her marry him).

- Lily Luthor only appears in an alternate/possible future in Lexmas. It is unknown what Lex's choices means for Lily's existence. Marvel and DC Comics usually depicts alternate futures/imaginary stories/Elseworlds/What If stories as taking place in other universes in the multiverse.

Lex Luthor has got a daughter named Lena Luthor (named after Lex's sister). She first appeared in Superman Vol 2 #131 (January, 1998). Her mother was the Italian Contessa Erica Alexandra Del Portenza. Lena was briefly taken over by Brainiac, and aged to adulthood.
