Tess Mercer assigned Lenkov to tail Oliver Queen. Lenkov followed Oliver and Chloe Sullivan to an abandoned truck trailer (filled with weapons and crates), and took photographs of them. However, when he brought Tess to the truck trailer the next day, it was empty.
