Lamborghinis have appeared several times in Smallville. Emil's lamborghini is higher tech than the others and similar in speed to Dante's car, the first or second fastest car in the show.

- Season Three: Exile - While under the influence of red kryptonite, Clark stole money from ATMs in order to buy a Lamborghini. He left the dealership with the car and the sales girl, and went to the nightclub "Club Atlantis". After the valet expressed interest in the car, Clark gave the car to the valet.
- Season Seven: Siren (Mentioned only) - Clark admits to Lana that he's not perfect, and he once stole a Lamborghini.
- Season Eight: Injustice - After Clark's powers are stolen by Parasite, Dr. Emil Hamilton lends Clark a Lamborghini to drive back to Smallville.
