These unnamed Kryptonians were ancient warriors on primordial Krypton.
Background[]
Almeracian Queen Maxima said that she heard stories about big strong Kryptonian men that could handle her infectious kiss, implying they were super powered Kryptonians, seeing as powerless Kryptonians would die from it with no powers because even low-tier aliens with powers suffered death from it. Jor-El gave Clark their mark which he called the mark of his ancestors. Clark said Jor-El wanted to turn him into some kind of Kryptonian warrior like them. Gloria said Clark was cold and hard like them. Veritas member Edward Teague was going to execute Clark with an ancient Kryptonian ritual and said before Kryptonians were a race of science they were savage warriors.

In the Comics[]
Ancient Krypton was protected by warriors called Dwalu, who strode across the plains of the planet. The Dwalu warriors were invincible in battle. The only weapon that could harm a Dwalu warrior was their own Xaka sword. Superman encounters a recreation of a Dwalu warrior in Action Comics #494-495 (April-May, 1979).
