Judas Priest are an English heavy metal band.
Season Seven[]
In 2007, Judas Priest were having a reunion concert in Madison Square Garden, that Lois Lane (a metal fan) wanted to attend, and tried to get the Daily Planet to pay for her ticket. However, Grant Gabriel (her editor) informed her that they would not pay for it.

Notes[]
- In reality, Judas Priest (which had been reunited for years by 2007) has been banned from Madison Square Garden since 1984 (after a riot during one of their concerts, which ended up causing over $250,000 worth of damages to the building).
Trivia[]
- During the filming of Superman: The Movie at Pinewood Studios, Judas Priest were using another sound stage at the studio. One day, Priest frontman Rob Halford had a peak at the sound stage used by the Superman movie. At the time, the crew on Superman were preparing for the famous helicopter rescue scene. When Halford headed back to their own sound stage, a large man in a fur coat (over a Superman suit) came towards him (it was Christopher Reeve). Halford said hello to Reeve, and began talking to him. When Halford told him that he was in a band called Judas Priest, Reeve wished him good luck (and then headed back to the set to rescue Lois Lane).[1]
- Smallville guest star Michael McKean collaborated with Rob Halford on the charity record Hear 'n Aid (1986). Halford was among the singers providing lead vocals, while McKean (as his character David St. Hubbins of Spinal Tap) was among the ones providing backing vocals.
