Jorge is a boy living in Sierra de la Botija, Honduras, whose father was eviscerated by Brainiac. He possessed a wooden toy in the shape of the Black Ship.

- While Alejandro Chavarria is credited only as "Honduran Boy", Brainiac gives his name as "Jorge" in Hypnotic.
- It is unknown if Jorge belongs to the Mestizos ethnic group (the majority population of Honduras) or the Amerindian minority. While Brainiac is talking to Lex Luthor, he briefly mentions the Mayans (the Chʼortiʼ people (one of the indigenous groups, who fall under the modern collective term Maya peoples) still inhabit the region).
