Clark attended his father's funeral as he was layed to rest. Clark went to Jonathan's grave after his birthday party to thank him for the baseball tickets.
Season Ten[]
Five years after his death, his spirit consoled Clark at the Kent Farm, warning him of Darkseid's presence on Earth, attended his wedding, and later bestowed to him the Superman suit.
