Johnny Jenkins (born 2001) is the son of Belinda Jenkins and the late Earl Jenkins. Before Johnny was born, his father was exposed to high levels of meteor rock, that impacted his health. Johnny's father departed them, when he was just a baby. But he did visit Johnny one last time, before he went to Smallville and took hostages at the LuthorCorp plant.[1] After his father died, Johnny began to manifest metahuman abilities.[2]

- The future of Johnny Jenkins might have been hinted at by dialogue. In Absolute Justice, Part 2, Doctor Fate (who could see the future) informs Clark that him becoming Superman (and people looking up at him in the sky) will lead to everyone embracing a Silver Age of heroism.[3] In Continuity, Superman tells the world that the world's (benevolent) metahumans will always rise up to protect them.[4] It is possible that this (i.e. the people who becomes superheroes) includes Johnny Jenkins.
