In Action Comics #309 (February, 1964), John F. Kennedy impersonates Clark Kent (allowing for Clark Kent and Superman to shake hands on television). At the end of the story, Kennedy reveals to Superman that he knows his secret identity, but tells him that his secret is safe with him. While the issue has a February of 1964 cover date, it was published in December of 1963. The month after John F. Kennedy was assasinated in real-life.
