Palmer along with the rest of the scientists talk to Emil about developing new projects.
Palmer, along with some other scientists, were at S.T.A.R. Labs when Lex Luthor 's men attacked the facility. She and the rest of the scientists hide inside the panic rooms but Emil Hamilton decided to stay behind. Shortly before the attack, she and Adam Strange had both expressed a desire to do more than just help the Justice League building their Lunar base.
Much later, Palmer is present when she and her fellow scientists examine the Green Lanterns Clark Kent and John Stewart.

- Bryan Q. Miller identified her as being named "Palmer".[1] Her first name was never established. However, she's said to be an existing DC character, who is blond and a scientist. This makes it likely that she's an adaptation of Jessica Palmer.
- Not to be mistaken for Beautia Sivana. The two can be distingished by how they keep their hair: Palmer's always in a ponytail, while Sivana has her hair down.
