The Isis Patient is a metahuman, who participated in Chloe Sullivan's group sessions at the Isis Foundation.

Season Eight[]

She attended Chloe's group counseling session at the Isis Foundation with a group of young meteor-infected people. Following the murder of fellow group member, Mary Pierson, she attended the vigil on the street corner where Mary was killed, along with the rest of the counseling group.

Notes[]

  • The character's powers were never established.
  • The character's name is unknown. Clark Kent gives John Jones a list of the members of the Isis Foundation group. However, there are ten names on the list: seven male and three female (with a seventh male, Tim Bartlett, appearing onscreen when Clark arrives at the Isis Foundation and tries to get the client names). The three female names on the list are Mary Pierson, Jessica Holm, and Elizabeth Bishop, leaving the name of the group's fourth woman (the Asian-American one) unknown. It is possible that this woman chose not to put her signature on the sign-in sheet for her own safety (the list is later used for a witch hunt).
  • The Isis Foundation (and the benevolent metahumans involved with it) was seemingly forgotten about after Season Eight. However, the future of the Isis Patient (and the others) might have been hinted at by dialogue. In Absolute Justice, Part 2, Doctor Fate (who could see the future) informs Clark that him becoming Superman (and people looking up at him in the sky) will lead to everyone embracing a Silver Age of heroism.[1] In Continuity, Superman tells the world that the world's (benevolent) metahumans will always rise up to protect them.[2] It is possible that this (i.e. the people who becomes superheroes) includes her.
