He was playing soccer with his friends, when the boy got caught in a "Speed Storm" (a desperate attempt by the Black Flash to ignite another speedster). However, before the Speed Storm could have any affect on the boy, superhero Impulse showed up and absorbed the Speed Storm.

- The character's name was never established.
- According to Bart Allen and Jay Garrick, only a few can survive being connected to the Speed Force. Others are shown to instantly grow old and die. Bart absorbing the Speed Storm leaves it unknown if the Indian Boy would have died from it (like most people), or if he is part of the minority of people who can take and survive a Speed Force connection.[1]
