The Female Board of Director is an member of the board at LuthorCorp.
Season Eight[]
After Tess Mercer lost Project Prometheus, she called a meeting of the Board of Directors, insisting on having Mercer removed as the CEO of LuthorCorp. This meeting was interrupted by two events. The first was the appearance of Oliver Queen, revealing that he had purchased controlling interests in LuthorCorp, to the dismay of the Board. The second event was an explosion, caused by a bomb planted by Winslow Schott (under orders of Lex Luthor). The explosion killed everyone in the room, except for Oliver.
