Eva was close friends with Arthur "A.C." Curry. Following his arrest, for having released dolphins from a marine park, A.C. went and talked to Eva. He explained to Eva that it felt as if the dolphins were calling him. A.C. later convinced Eva to leave Tempest Key for a few days, but she ended up injured by the siren Nadia, who then captured A.C..
